We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Financial Operations Specialist to support the financial team in various roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  3. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial stability and identify potential risks.
  4. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors to meet regulatory requirements.
  5. Support in financial analysis, planning, and decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as ACCA/CA/CMA is preferred).
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  3. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
  4. Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
