Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure team.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and develop in-house IT systems.
  2. Provide remote technical support to clients.
  3. Carry out routine health checks and implement security measures.
  4. Train staff members on technical procedures.
  5. Assist in the procurement of software and hardware.
  6. Be proactive and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Requirements

Expertise in MCSE with knowledge of CCNA an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms including Windows Server 2003, 2008 and Exchange Servers.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptability under pressure.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Professional development and staying up-to-date in the field.

Flexibility and reliability.
