Medical Billing Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate billing and claims management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. You will work closely with our team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand US healthcare medical terms and apply knowledge accurately
  • Work effectively as a team member, contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Meet project deliverables on time, adhering to industry standards
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing workload efficiently
Desirable Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in English language
  • Strong statistical and reporting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and other office management tools
  • Experience working with international call centers and agile environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical billing experience
  • Good English speaking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
