Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite's ERP solutions and the ability to implement and optimize these solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Configure NetSuite applications to suit the specific needs of the business, including setting up roles, permissions, workflows, and custom records.
  • Analyze and document clients' business processes to recommend best practices and optimizations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of NetSuite systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of NetSuite applications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and any changes made.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is desirable.
  • Understanding of industry-specific NetSuite solutions and best practices.
