Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will oversee financial matters as the Project CFO, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
  • As Secretary (Female) to COO, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • The Finance Executive will assist in the preparation of financial reports, maintain accurate financial records, and perform other finance-related tasks as needed.
  • The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project team to ensure that all construction costs are accurately estimated and managed.
  • The Planning Engineer will develop and implement plans to ensure the successful completion of projects, considering factors such as resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • The SITE Engineer / Supervisor will oversee the construction process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered to the required standard.
  • The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing civil engineering solutions, ensuring they meet the required safety and quality standards.
  • The Electrical Engineer will design and implement electrical systems, ensuring they meet the required safety and quality standards.
  • The Mech/Hvac Engineer will design and implement mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring they meet the required safety and quality standards.
  • The EHS Officers will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, implementing policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • The Site Admin. Officer will provide administrative support to the site team, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • The Store Officer / Keepers will manage the storage and distribution of materials, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for.
  • The Graphic Designer will create visual content, including graphics, logos, and branding materials, to support the organization's marketing efforts.
  • The House Keeping Supervisor will oversee the maintenance of the organization's premises, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
