Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight, optimizing routes, and communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and brokers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage dispatch software to coordinate the movement of freight
  • Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and brokers to resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics or transportation management
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or experience is a plus
