Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to oversee the successful execution of our E-House projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.

The project lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to optimize financial performance
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and lessons learned
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in international projects and engineering, with a minimum of 3-4 years in handling E-House projects
  • Strong technical expertise in structural design, HVAC design, and F&G/FSS design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
