Job Title: Talent Management Strategist

About This Role

This role involves driving excellence in client engagement, focusing on resource management and workforce-planning specialists who activate the day-to-day operations of the Experience Management (XM) function.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team in managing employee utilization to achieve targets.
  • Talent pool management and experience optimization – Actively managing bench capacity and proactively identifying opportunities for all available resources.
  • Experience optimization – Highlighting capability outside the home talent pool via cross-functional, cross-border or cross-region allocation to maximize productivity.
  • Reporting - Ensuring data accuracy and providing analysis on key KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Continuous improvement – Supporting the roll out of initiatives on behalf of the resourcing leader and identifying opportunities to improve team performance.
