Job Title: Installation Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee the on-site installation process of products. This critical role ensures installations align with design specifications, meet quality standards, and satisfy client expectations. The Site Installation Coordinator will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, warehouse teams, and site in-charges for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections to ensure readiness for installation.
  • Cross-verify delivered goods with order specifications and packing lists, promptly reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Supervise installation work in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Validate and verify contractor bills and site expenses for cost control.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure all fittings and installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and obtain the final finishing report from the client to confirm satisfaction.
  • Compare completed installations with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • Manage and lead on-site labor and contractor teams for optimal productivity.
  • Address any installation issues or modifications in collaboration with contractors.
  • Match on-site measurements with drawings, documenting discrepancies using a standard checklist.
  • Perform point marking and apply elevation layouts and drawings appropriately.
  • Report item shortages to the Site Manager and raise complaints within 24 hours.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Sales, Warehouse, and SCM departments to ensure material readiness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (DAE).
  • Minimum 3+ years of site supervision and installation experience.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-outs/modular furniture installations.
  • Proficient in using measurement tools and basic site documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
