Regional Sourcer

The Role of a Regional Sourcer in Global Banking

• Proactively source top talent to ensure recruitment services are delivered in line with client service level agreements.
• Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers to agree on recruitment plans, role requirements, sourcing strategy, diversity and inclusion requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
• Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address them and escalating appropriately.
• Builddynamic pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Report regularly on progress of Talent Pool.

• A minimum of 3 years solid prior experience in sourcing various front office or middle/back office portfolios from the banking sector.
• Expertise in multiple candidate sourcing channels (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching).
• Demonstrated ability to influence candidates, hiring decisions makers and stakeholders, with ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends related to recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and credible personal style.
• Experience working in an agile fast-moving setting.
