Job Title: Sales ManagerJob Description:

To excel in business development, you will be proactive in identifying and cultivating new opportunities for revenue growth through various media channels.

You will ensure all potential avenues are leveraged to promote products to customers, thereby increasing the client base.

Under the direction of the VP Managed Services, you will manage special projects.

You are expected to secure 20-30 sales appointments per week outside of the office.

Stay abreast of key market trends and take appropriate action.

Familiarize yourself with competitor activity and market demand.

Organize corporate sales promotional initiatives.

Promote full utilization of facilities to maximize sales.

BUILD KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CLIENTS AND AGENCIES TO ENSURE MAXIMUM EXPOSURE AND INCREASE REVENUE.

Maintain a professional image at all times by ensuring personal presentation is of the highest standards.

Ensure timely handling of customer communications.

Be present to greet and meet customers as necessary.

Entertain prospective clients as needed.

Liaise with the team daily to obtain new sales leads.

FOLLOW CORPORATE STRATEGIES SET BY THE VP MANAGED SERVICES.

Aware of company policies affecting the sales department.

Provide Finance with accurate information for billing if required.

Offer suggested actions to achieve department targets.

Produce and analyze statistical data.

Demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

Assist other departments during emergencies or as directed by the VP Managed Services.

Perform tasks outside normal routines within the job scope.
