Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of deployed hardware and installed systems. This includes installing Windows, software, and network administration, maintaining server, network, and desktop hardware, and other peripherals, software, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers and network hardware.
  2. Investigate user problems, identify the cause, determine possible solutions, and test and implement solutions.
  3. Compile and maintain analysis reports of Sales Staff.
  4. Assist with all CCTV-related matters, printing, and processing dispatch on a weekly basis.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
