Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect each position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, talent development, and organizational development. They will be able to facilitate cost-effective recruitment through appropriate sourcing and conduct objective recruitment and selection based on job descriptions and man specifications.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Assistant Manager will train managers to conduct effective interviews, implement policies and procedures in a timely manner, and develop a meaningful and effective company succession plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, retain, and engage top talent to meet business needs
- Develop and implement effective HR systems and processes to support business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for organizational development
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
- Conduct regular reviews of employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to support growth and development
- Manage the hiring process for open positions, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hire
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant statutes
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external partners to build trust and credibility
