Hospital Pharmacy Leader Wanted

We seek a seasoned pharmacist to fill the position of Chief Pharmacist within our hospital's pharmacy department. As the head of pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Primary Duties
  • Compliance Management: Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and develop pharmacy staff, providing guidance on IT/pharmacy software and other relevant tools.
  • Inventory Control: Coordinate with finance and procurement departments to ensure timely drug requisitions.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality services.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships among pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Hold a relevant Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Display expertise in pharmacy management software, systems, and technologies.
