Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager. This position will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of mobile application development and enhancement on IOS/Android and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in application administration. Relevant certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for identifying, assessing, and managing in-house developed IT applications.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement mobile application development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications into existing systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors providing application support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on application risks.
  • Implement incident responses for unauthorized technology deployments.
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications for IOS/Android and other platforms.
  • Oversee the entire application development lifecycle (design, test, support, and release).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Flutter, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, and Swift or latest platforms.
  • Ensure applications are user-friendly and provide a seamless experience.
  • Maintain applications to keep them compatible with latest operating system versions and device specifications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to application functionality, design, and code.
  • Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with Xcode and IOS development tools (Instruments, XCTest, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical details with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in app submission and dealing with guidelines and policies.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in application administration.
  • Relevant certification is preferred.
