Sales Strategy

We require an experienced sales professional who can develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the training industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets by targeting high-value prospects within the training industry.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to effectively communicate the value of our services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with our overall business objectives.
  6. Closely negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  2. At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the training industry or service sector.
  3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
