About the Role

This role involves partnering with sales and customer success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support the successful implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Create and deliver customer-centric solutions ensuring they align with client business objectives.
  • Work directly with clients to guide them through change management during telematics solution implementation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral and resources to ensure they are current and effective.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in professional services, SaaS solutions or a similar field with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and help them through change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Capability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
