Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and prospects through various channels, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, and converting prospects into paying customers through effective negotiation and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads and prospects through various channels such as social media, email marketing, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the value of our products or services.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective negotiation and persuasion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use sales-related software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry or product category in which we operate.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in consumer behavior.
