Job Title: Operational Analyst

Our organization requires a skilled Operational Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Insight Generation:
    • Develop, maintain, and present detailed reports on resource usage, administrative costs, and asset management to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor and analyze trends in expenditures and resource consumption, preparing reports that highlight areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized reports and dashboards that align with organizational objectives.
  • Cost Management & Analysis:
    • Analyze daily operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization and supply chain management.
    • Track consumption patterns of office supplies and other resources to ensure efficient allocation and minimize waste.
    • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize costs and enhance resource allocation.
    • Continuously monitor resource allocation and usage to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Decision-Making Support:
    • Support management in making informed decisions by providing accurate reports on budget adherence and resource utilization.
    • Offer recommendations based on data analysis to enhance resource allocation and streamline processes, ensuring optimal business outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Recommendations:
    • Track and report on the performance of administrative activities, resources, and services to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop ad-hoc reports as needed for specific projects or initiatives to provide timely and relevant information.
    • Ensure that reporting aligns with organizational objectives and supports strategic planning.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role with a focus on cost management and process optimization.
    • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting methodologies, including proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
