**Job Title:** Academic Researcher

We are seeking an academic researcher to join our team in a tenure-track position. As an Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for teaching and conducting research in the field of Computer Engineering/Computer Software Engineering.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in Computer Engineering/Computer Software Engineering or a related field from an HEC-recognized university with a specialization in Core Artificial Intelligence/Computer Engineering, Computer Architecture/Digital Design, or a related field. PEC registration is required.

**Qualifications:)

  • A strong academic background with a PhD in a relevant field.
  • PPEC registration number.

The ideal candidate should have a strong research background and excellent teaching skills. We encourage applications from candidates with a proven track record of publishing research papers in reputable journals.

  • Having a third division in academic career or a weak academic profile.
  • NUST employees with less than one year of service or lacking an NOC from their Head of Institution.
  • In the process of pursuing the required degree.
  • Medically unfit candidates.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and issued an offer letter.
  • Candidates serving in government departments or armed forces should seek an NOC from their respective organizations before applying.
  • Late or incomplete applications will be ignored.
  • TA/DA will not be provided for test/interview.
