Accounting Manager

A highly motivated Accounting Manager is sought to lead our accounting team and drive financial excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/CMA is preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving financial excellence.
- Advanced skills in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, with expertise in financial analysis and planning.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff members towards shared goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
