We are seeking a highly motivated and creative social media marketing specialist to drive the growth and success of our YouTube channel. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and grow the subscriber base.
  2. Develop and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms with a primary focus on YouTube.
  3. Foster an active and loyal fan base through engaging interactions with our YouTube community via comments, messages, and other channels.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to promote video releases, special events, and collaborations that showcase our brand's unique voice and perspective.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying trends and using data-driven insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in YouTube marketing and social media.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on YouTube.
  • A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement.
  • Strong communication and writing skills to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
