Program Overview

The Uplift Pakistan program is a three-month remote mentorship initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed in today's competitive job market. This comprehensive program focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, empowering participants to develop hands-on experience and real-world applications.

Key Objectives

The primary objectives of this program are to enhance practical skills, promote real-world learning, and foster professional growth. Participants will engage in case studies, assignments, and projects that simulate real-life scenarios, providing them with a deeper understanding of key areas like finance, taxation, Odoo ERP, advanced Excel, Canva design, and website creation.

Curriculum Highlights

The program includes:
  • Finance and Taxation: Understanding fundamental principles and practical applications.
  • Odoo ERP: Gaining in-depth knowledge of one of the most widely used ERP systems in the industry.
  • Advanced Excel: Mastering data analysis and financial modeling techniques.
  • Design Skills: Learning to create visually appealing designs using Canva.
  • Website Development: Building websites with the Odoo Websites app, enhancing digital literacy.

Mentorship and Support

This program will be led by an experienced mentor dedicated to providing personalized guidance. Mentees will receive continuous feedback and support throughout the program, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Participants will also have access to online resources and tools, including recorded lectures, real-life case studies, and opportunities to resolve technical issues.

Outcome Measurement
