Remote Digital Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate will oversee and update the company's website content, ensuring it is optimized for search engine rankings and performs well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Manage and maintain the company's online presence by creating and implementing effective SEO strategies.
  • SEO and Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, and create engaging content for social media channels.
  • Social Media Management: Build and grow the company's social media presence by developing and posting regular content to engage with followers.
  • Hiring and Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, conduct remote interviews via video conferencing based on set criteria, and coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring process.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries, follow up on sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling: Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, create and manage staff rosters and schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in website management and SEO.
  • Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
