Job Description

We are seeking a quality assurance specialist to oversee the development and implementation of quality processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating employees, as well as communicating job expectations and planning compensation actions.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to operational objectives by analyzing information, preparing strategic plans, implementing production standards, identifying and resolving problems, completing audits, and determining system improvements.
  • The ideal candidate will validate quality processes by establishing product specifications, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational qualification, and writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Jmeter, Selenium, and Appium.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as required.
