Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, preparing and presenting business proposals and reports, and collaborating with the team to achieve targets and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the business development field
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and drive growth in the business
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for business development
- Previous experience in business development is a plus
