Customer Experience Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a vital role in creating a friendly, caring image for our clients' customers.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric solutions.

This is an entry-level full-time position that requires strong written and verbal English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.
  2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or other channels.
  3. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
  • O Levels/Matriculation or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
