Key Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting

Develop accurate financial budgets for the organization and provide critical insights to senior management to inform strategic financial decisions.

Financial Reporting

Prepare timely and precise financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to facilitate informed decision-making.

Account Reconciliation

Ensure prompt completion of account reconciliations, encompassing inter-company accounts and complex bank transactions, to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

Expense Monitoring

Diligently monitor and highlight potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow to senior management to ensure proactive mitigation.

General Accounting

Oversee general accounting functions, including the operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close processes, to ensure efficient financial operations.

Employee Salaries and Reports

Finalize employee salaries and present the salary report to senior management for approval, ensuring timely payment and compliance with regulations.

Production Order Analysis

Analyze production orders to assess their impact on company profitability, providing valuable insights for strategic business decisions.

Vendor Invoice Verification

Verify and approve vendor invoices received, ensuring accurate payments and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.

Business Operations Analysis

Conduct thorough analyses of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to predict future performance or provide strategic advice.

Accounting Best Practices

Develop guidelines and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping best practices to promote consistency and efficiency throughout the organization.

Resource Utilization and Tax Strategies

Provide expert guidance to senior management on resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecasting assumptions to inform strategic business decisions.

Internal Financial Audits

Perform internal financial audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations, identifying areas for improvement and promoting a culture of compliance.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional with a Master's degree in Finance and 5-6 years of relevant experience.
