ERP System Support Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless implementation and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to ERP users and troubleshoot issues related to the system.
  • Oversee processes, financial controls, tax compliance, and system controls to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop workflows, journals, and other setup items as required by the business.
  • Configure, customize, and test the system to meet specific requirements.
  • Validate reports to ensure accurate results in the module and ledger.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and data models using Power BI.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Effective time management and teamwork abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365/AX2012 is beneficial.
