Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned strategic professional to assume the role of Assistant HR Director, providing leadership and direction in company Human Resource functions. The successful candidate will develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs ensuring the organization's structure is aligned and suitably staffed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned to the business objectives.
  2. Organizational Development: Ensure the organization's structure is designed and implemented with clarity of roles and responsibilities and manpower requirements.
  3. Performance Enhancement: Attract, motivate, and retain top talent by designing and implementing effective Human Resource policies and systems.
  4. Cost Optimization: Optimize HR costs to derive maximum benefit for the organization.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will understand the long and short-term strategy and market dynamics of the organization identifying critical success factors from an HR perspective and formulating strategies accordingly.

  1. Productivity Monitoring: Monitor and track productivity levels across the organization.
  2. Benchmarking: Set standards through benchmarking/best practices.
  3. Partnership with Business Heads: Partner with business heads to facilitate high productivity achievement.
  4. HR Systems and Processes: Ensure systems and processes support the organizational strategy.
  5. Employee Development: Facilitate the development of employees to meet business needs.
  6. Succession Planning: Plan for succession to ensure continuity of critical functions.
  7. Compensation and Benefits: Determine compensation and benefits that attract and retain top talent.
  8. Performance Management: Direct and monitor the conduct of performance appraisals as per set schedules.
  9. Culture Building: Build a positive and performance-oriented culture within the organization.
