At East River, we are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team.

This role involves designing and deploying AI agents that solve real business problems. We want to talk to you if you have hands-on experience with LLMs, crafting multi-step reasoning chains, or integrating APIs to give agents real-world leverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and deploying AI agents that solve sales, research, process automation, and customer support problems.
  • Working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open source) to build chain-of-thought and multi-tool workflows.
  • Integrating external data sources, CRMs, or analytics tools to enhance agent autonomy and intelligence.
  • Experimenting with frameworks like LangChain, crewAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Collaborating in a fast-paced, global team that values innovation.

The ideal candidate will have shipped or deployed AI-driven products or internal tools and be comfortable with Python, API orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases.
