Python Developer with AI Experience

We are seeking a talented individual with strong Python development skills and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of professional experience and a solid background in project acquisition processes, including technical proposals and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable and maintainable Python-based applications
  • Architect, design, and implement high-performance backend services and APIs
  • Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of backend services
  • Integrate vector databases for optimized data retrieval and similarity search in AI/ML applications
  • Work with large language models to build AI-powered solutions, including chatbots and intelligent search engines
  • Drive best coding practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or relevant field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project acquisition processes, including developing technical proposals and assisting in sales efforts
  • Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Experience working with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar technologies for AI-driven applications
  • Proficiency in integrating and working with large language models
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL databases
