We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Marketing Cloud Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing customized solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and optimizing email templates, automation workflows and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will also have strong analytical skills to write and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.

In addition, the candidate will have experience with AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.

A key requirement of this role is to stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Marketing Cloud, ensuring that all solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize email templates, automation workflows and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization
  • Implement AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization
  • Maintain data integrations and ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in AMPScript and SQL
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and automation concepts
