Salon Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Salon Director to oversee the smooth operation of our salon while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
• Develop strategies to enhance client experience and build loyalty.
• Monitor wait times and ensure clients feel valued throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably with salon management experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Staff Management: Oversee staff schedules, manage hiring and day-off requests, and conduct regular training sessions.
• Floor Management: Monitor the salon floor, ensuring equipment is in working order and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
• Inventory Control: Manage incoming and outgoing stock, track inventory levels, and order supplies when needed.
• Software Management: Handle client billing, manage deals, and control attendance records using the salon's management software.
• Overall Salon Performance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and monitor overall salon performance.
