Electrical Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and leadership skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement electrical systems for industrial applications.
  • Analyze complex electrical schematics, P&IDs, and layout drawings to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical system designs, installation, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, HMI systems, and control panel wiring.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
