Territory Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Distribution Operations Manager to oversee the distribution operations for a designated territory.

The successful candidate will have the ability to drive business growth, improve competitive visibility, and negotiate with customers.

They will also be responsible for coordinating distributor operational plans, managing eRTM, and building optimized routes for DSRs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by increasing underlying volume/sales growth.
• Improve competitive visibility in stores through effective distribution operations.
• Negotiate with customers for joint business planning and coordination of distributor operational plans.
• Manage eRTM, build optimized routes for DSRs, and support digital transformation strategy.
• Redefine processes post-execution analysis using strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen, communication and negotiation skills, and command over Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Active feet on street and market time, capability to strategize and possess strong execution skills.
• Updated with competition insights and display accountability, responsibility, and bias for action.
