We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist to lead the successful deployment and optimization of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on financial modules including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and procurement workflows
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and design effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Configure NetSuite modules to align with accounting practices and organizational needs.
  • Assist in data migration, system integration, and testing activities to ensure accurate deployment.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Train users on system functionality and best practices for ongoing use and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting processes and NetSuite performance.
Responsibilities Overview:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation, specifically in finance/accounting modules. A strong understanding of ERP systems is required, particularly in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Reporting processes.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of NetSuite implementation experience, preferably in finance/accounting modules.
  • Background in accounting or finance (preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing system configurations, data migrations, and user training.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • NetSuite certification(s) a plus.
