Real Estate Marketing Professional

This exciting role requires a highly skilled and motivated marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the real estate sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market and competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and project management skills.

In addition, you will have advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of branding and design principles.

Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Marketing/Communications and/or Real Estate
  • Minimum of 5 years of agency or in-house marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
