Job Title: Technical Interview Content Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Interview Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality technical interview questions and content across various subject domains.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging and challenging technical interview content that assesses engineering talent globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Client teams, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of content.
  • Partner with the Deployment team to optimize interview format configurations for critical clients.
  • Review and iterate Karat's interview guidelines to ensure fairness, consistency, and adaptability in AI usage.
  • Work closely with the Interview Delivery team to enhance engineer onboarding for interviews.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to program in a common language.
  • Experience participating in sales calls, including discussions with prospects and clients.
  • Proficiency in working with Generative AI solutions, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently with high output and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Project management experience, particularly in high-growth startup environments.
  • Proficiency in using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic AI tools for software development.

Eligibility:

This position is open to candidates residing in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune. We operate 100% remotely, but we are currently limiting hiring to these locations. Applications from other cities in India will not be considered at this time.
