Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scientific Equipment Maintenance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in servicing scientific equipment and will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our instruments at customer sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific instruments at customer sites.
  • Addressing technical concerns and providing effective solutions to customers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
  • Delivering training to end-users and distributors on instrument operation, maintenance, and repair, as well as preparing service and spare parts quotations based on customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Over 4 years of experience servicing scientific analytical instruments is preferred, with a strong understanding of scientific and analytical principles.
