Job Summary
Customer Relationship ManagerWe are looking for a highly motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing exceptional service through various communication channels.
- To deliver professional and courteous support to all customers via telephone, email, and postal correspondence.
- To proactively identify customer needs and offer effective solutions to resolve their queries.
- Verifying Customer Data: Collect and verify customer information to ensure accurate records.
- Educating Customers about Loyalty Programs: Inform customers about available loyalty programs and promotions.
- Club Card Management: Manage the issuance and distribution of club cards to loyal customers.
- Activating Club Cards: Confirm the activation of club cards and ensure customers are aware of their benefits.
- Responding to Customer Queries: Address customer questions and concerns regarding club cards and active promotions.
- Assisting Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
- Coordinating Events: Coordinate with designers and printers to create invitations for special events or promotional activities.
- Resolving Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and gather feedback to improve services.
- Arrange corporate meetings for the Marketing Head as required.
- Conduct research on the latest trends and update summaries for the Marketing Head.
- Engage with target audiences to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate records.
- Conduct market research, including customer questionnaires and focus groups, to gather valuable insights.
- Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth.
- Coordinate the publication of publicity materials to maximize brand promotion.
- Create new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
- Regularly conduct customer service surveys to ensure high-quality service standards.
