Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Developer with deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization to maximize website performance and drive sales across e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the latest design and development tools, including Replo and Figma, to create visually compelling and high-converting e-commerce storefronts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Optimize E-commerce Platforms: Build, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify themes and templates with a focus on enhancing user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and aligning with brand aesthetics and guidelines
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze customer behavior and website performance data to implement A/B tests, optimize user flows, and continuously improve the conversion rates of all e-commerce platforms
  • Funnel Development: Design and implement effective sales funnels that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, using data-driven insights and best practices
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to ensure cohesive and optimized design and functionality, leveraging tools like Replo and Figma for modern, responsive designs
  • Implement SEO and Security Best Practices: Ensure all e-commerce platforms are optimized for search engines and adhere to the latest security protocols to protect customer data and maintain site integrity
  • Stay Current with Platform Updates: Keep all e-commerce platforms updated with the latest platform updates, features, and functionalities
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support for troubleshooting and bug resolution, mentor junior developers, and conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Perform quarterly audits of all e-commerce platforms to identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and implement changes to enhance site performance and conversion rates
  • Documentation and SOPs: Develop and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation to ensure streamlined workflows and processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as an E-commerce Developer with a strong focus on CRO and funnel optimization
  • Proficiency in developing and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages
  • Experience using Replo and Figma to create modern, visually appealing, and high-converting e-commerce designs
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI design principles, and how to leverage these to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing SEO strategies and maintaining security best practices for e-commerce websites
  • Ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights to improve site performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
