Sales Associate - Telecommunications

We are seeking a highly motivated sales associate to join our Etisalat & Du campaign. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with customers, promote services, and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can interact with potential customers to promote Etisalat & Du services, explain product benefits clearly and persuasively to close sales, and maintain professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and performance goals, keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions, and coordinating with team members and supervisors to enhance campaign success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance:
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
    • Engage with customers and promote Etisalat & Du services
    • Close sales by explaining product benefits clearly and persuasively
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Interact with potential customers to promote Etisalat & Du services
    • Explain product benefits clearly and persuasively to close sales
    • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Reporting & Administration:
    • Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions
    • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to enhance campaign success

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Minimum six months of experience in telecom sales, specifically with Etisalat & Du campaigns
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving results

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Shift timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
