Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our e-commerce platforms. This key role involves optimizing logistics processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire dropshipping and 3PL operations process, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory levels, and seamless delivery.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
  3. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts and backorders, and implement effective stock replenishment strategies.
  4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, including layout optimization, automation technologies, and streamlined workflows.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dropshipping, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  8. Provide regular, accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
  9. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve shipping-related issues or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers, freight forwarding, and customs regulations is desirable.
