Digital Learning Strategist

As a Digital Learning Strategist, you will lead the development of our Learning Architecture and Digital Learning Solutions. You will implement, administer, and govern our Learning Management System (LMS) to create engaging digital learning experiences.

About the Role:
  • You will develop and oversee our Digital Learning Strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
  • You will design and deliver high-quality digital learning programs, including educational videos and online courses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement our Learning Architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain our LMS, ensuring smooth administration and governance.
  • Create engaging digital learning content, including educational videos and online courses.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital learning management, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with LMS implementation, administration, and governance in a global organization.
  • Strong technical skills in instructional design and digital content development.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
