We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Manager to lead our team in developing innovative ideas for print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have a creative and analytical mind, with the ability to convert ideas into compelling content.

You will work closely with the Creative Team to understand their needs and provide guidance on idea development. You will also collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers to create engaging content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince others of the value of your creative ideas. You will be at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.

Job Specification
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing is necessary, with a proven track record of producing high-quality content.
  • Prior experience in producing content for an ad agency, as well as channel-specific knowledge, is essential.
  • You must be able to take a dual-minded approach to your craft, balancing creativity and process-driven thinking.
  • Finally, you should be a self-starter with the ability to hit deadlines, work independently, multi-task, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
