About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Unity Developer to drive the technical vision and strategy for our game development projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Unity and C#, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the team.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and producers to align technical solutions with creative visions.
  • Development and Optimization: Optimize games for performance across multiple platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile.
  • Problem Solving and Innovation: Research and implement emerging technologies and trends in gaming.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 5 years using Unity.
  2. Proven track record of shipping multiple high-quality games on different platforms.
  3. Expert-level proficiency in C# and Unity.
  4. Strong understanding of 3D mathematics, physics, and rendering pipelines.
  5. Experience with multiplayer systems, networking, and backend integration is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with asset pipelines and optimization techniques.
  7. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  8. Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
  9. Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables in an agile development environment.
