Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gate Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all items entering or leaving the gate.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure seamless entry and exit procedures by maintaining detailed records of all movements.
  2. Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports in a timely manner.
  3. Monitor and record vehicle and laborer usage for deliveries.
  4. Create and manage gate passes for inbound and outbound traffic.
  5. Act as a security supervisor, providing guidance and oversight as needed.
