Job Overview

IAL Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a talented Associate Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a keen understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop visual assets for advertisements, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that align with brand strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop engaging content for various media platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual messaging across all projects.
  • Supervise junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate creative outputs.
  • Oversee design execution from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
  • Work closely with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects within deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Present creative ideas and design solutions to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a design or advertising role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience in branding, campaign development, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and adapt to different brand voices.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and art direction projects.
