Employee Experience Specialist

The role of an Internal Marketing Executive involves designing and implementing strategies to create a dynamic workplace culture that fosters employee satisfaction, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute internal engagement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and collaboration.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  3. Manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
  4. Create engaging content to promote internal campaigns and events.
  5. Coordinate and document internal content shoots for events, team activities, and milestones.
  6. Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to gather feedback and improve future initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align engagement activities with organizational values and strategies.
  8. Stay updated on trends and best practices in employee engagement to introduce innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, event planning, or a related role.
  3. Familiarity with internal branding strategies and tools.
